In this post I will make a tier list and rate EVERY SINGLE shooter game I've ever played for a substantial amount of time. I will add titles in the future after I have played them. All these games, I have either beaten or played for more than 3 hours. Here is a basic list of the tiers. Read individual columns for more details on tiers. S Rank: These games are the best of the best. Every game in this tier is a must-play. Half-Life 2, Halo Reach, Half-Life, Half-Life 2 Episode 2 and Halo 2 A Rank: Great shooter games that are just not as good as the S-Rank titles. Some have flaws that held them back. Others just barely miss S tier. Quake II, Goldeneye 007, Half-Life Opposing Force, Star Wars: Republic Commando, Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 3, Half-Life 2: Episode One, Destiny 2 and Call of Duty 2003. B Rank: Good Shooters that are not games you play a series for. These are like "Oh cool! it comes with game pass." Games. Half-Life Blueshift, Star Wars Battlefront Classic
